At DentalSouthChina 2026 in Guangzhou, the Anti-Piracy Alliance for CAM Companies was on site with Luigi Fanin and Steven Yao (CIMsystem), Laurent JOURNEAU and Alex Liu (WORKXSHAPE) and Won Kim (FOLLOW-ME! Technology Group-ME! Company Ltd.).
They met partners, customers and industry peers to align on the next steps in fighting software piracy in digital dentistry. In addition, they engaged in productive discussions with Novica Savic and kui wang (exocad GmbH) on strengthening global enforcement efforts and reinforcing our shared commitment to eliminating piracy within the CAD/CAM ecosystem.
The Anti-Piracy Alliance brings together ModuleWorks, CIMsystem, FOLLOW-ME! Technology Group, GO2cam International and WORKXSHAPE, working with partners worldwide to promote compliant, high‑quality CAM solutions for digital dentistry.
It is especially valuable to have these conversations in China at a time of growing attention on intellectual property protection and on high‑quality, compliant digital solutions.
Software piracy is not just an IP issue: it is a direct threat to patient safety, innovation and the integrity of digital dentistry. The alliance remains committed to awareness, technology safeguards, legal advocacy and industry support; in China and worldwide. Innovation only works if it is protected.
