How can I retrive my RhinoNC license information?
Within Rhinoceros, by opening the “info” section in the RhinoNC toolbar, you can check whether your license is up to date and the expiration date of your maintenance contract.

How do I request a Temporary RhinoNC License?
When you open the software, a window appears with a “Temporary Code Request” button; copy the alphanumeric code and email it to support@cimsystem.com. A temporary 30-day license will be issued.
If a temporary 7-day license is sufficient to fullfill your needs, you can request it by clicking on “Trial Version 7 Days”. No activation code will be required.

How is subscription working? Why is important to purchase Annual Maintenance?
RhinoNC is provided under a perpetual use license, offering a one-time purchase that grants the customer permanent rights to use the software. However, to take advantage of software improvements and developments customers must purchase Annual licence, which grants update access from January 1st to December 31st. These updates include:
- New features and performance enhancements
- Global CAM strategy improvements
- Stability fixes and compatibility updates (e.g., for Windows)
It is important to purchase Annual Updates as soon as available to unlock all the benefits from day one.
