Within Rhinoceros, by opening the “info” section in the RhinoNC toolbar, you can check whether your license is up to date and the expiration date of your maintenance contract.

When you open the software, a window appears with a “Temporary Code Request” button; click button, copy the alphanumeric code and email it to support@cimsystem.com. A temporary license activation code can be issued.If a temporary 7-day license is sufficient to fulfill your needs, you can request it by clicking on “Trial Version 7 Days”. No temporary license activation code will be required.

Once you have obtained the installation code, open the software and click “Enter Code.” Insert the code and restart the application.

Customers with an active maintenance contract can access the CIMsystem Ticketing online service to submit requests and receive technical assistance.

RhinoNC is provided under a perpetual use license, offering a one-time purchase that grants the customer permanent rights to use the software. However, after the first year of ownership, customers are recommended to purchase an Annual License Maintenance plan to continue receiving all future software improvements. This ensures uninterrupted access to all software updates released between January 1st and December 31st, which include:

• New features and performance enhancements
• Global CAM strategy improvements
• Stability fixes and compatibility updates (e.g., for Windows)

It is important to purchase Annual Mainatance Plan as soon as available to unlock all the benefits from day one.
